Key Responsibilities

  • •Define clients’ Data strategy, propose complex architectures (on-premise/cloud), and facilitate technical workshops.
  • •Assess business needs, define architecture standards, and supervise their implementation across projects.
  • •Lead and develop the Data Squad, coaching consultants and supporting skills growth.
  • •Set target technology directions with leadership and animate the partners ecosystem.
  • •Work with Sales (Sales Data Specialist) for pre-sales: identify growth opportunities, co-build value propositions, and turn prospects’ needs into Data & AI projects.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of professional experience as a Data Engineer followed by Data Architect, ideally in consulting or ESN/IT services environments.
  • •In-depth knowledge of the full Data landscape: Data Engineering, Data Architecture, Data Science, Governance, and Business Intelligence.
  • •Strong command of leading market data technologies/tools, including Snowflake, Databricks, GCP, AWS, Azure, and dbt.
  • •Proven mastery of Agile methods.
  • •Professional-level English and demonstrated leadership with commercial sensitivity for supporting large accounts.
