Job Summary

Own day-to-day delivery of workforce/HR services for a key client account, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring service levels align with SOPs. Manage account administration to support accurate, on-time payroll processing and monthly invoicing, monitor contract profitability, and draft costing sheets. Build client relationships, draft/review contract documents, and coordinate with HR Admin and Payroll teams to deliver recruitment, visas, onboarding/offboarding, and other HR requests.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for delivery of HR services to the assigned key account and ensure exceptional customer service within SOPs.
•Manage the Account Administration team to support accurate, on-time payroll processing and monthly invoicing.
•Own contract profitability by identifying positive/negative impacts, implementing actions, and drafting costing sheets using basic revenue and costing understanding.
•Draft, review, and negotiate client contracts, annexures, and addendums (under the supervision of the Account manager), and maintain client relationships to understand staffing needs.
•Coordinate day-to-day account operations using SOPs/SWIs and KPIs, liaise with HR Admin and Payroll teams for hirings, contracts, visa renewals/cancellations, medical insurance, and payroll full & final processing.

Key Requirements

•2 years of HR outsourcing experience in a customer-facing role.
•Excellent communication skills, with written and verbal proficiency in English.
•Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take direction and apply processes day to day.
•Strong MS Office skills and experience issuing quotations, tracking purchase orders, payroll, and invoicing.
•Experience with SAP Ariba, Oracle, and/or Salesforce is advantageous.
