Job Summary

Oversee and grow Trade & Working Capital relationships for Mashreq's Business Banking segment. Source new-to-bank clients, manage end-to-end relationship lifecycle, and drive cross-sell of bank products while ensuring portfolio quality and adherence to policy. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver superior service and maximize portfolio earnings.

Job Function: Customer Success & Account Management

Key Responsibilities

•Manage existing and solicit acceptable new Trade & Working Capital relationships for the Business Banking Division to meet financial/non-financial objectives.
•Actively source new-to-bank customers and generate new business leads from walk-in customers; manage relationships focusing on up-selling/deep-selling/cross-selling other bank products.
•Ensure quality and soundness of portfolio under management and compliance with banks’ policies.
•Conduct annual/periodic credit facility reviews and recommend facilities in line with credit policy to maximize earnings while containing risks.
•Provide superior customer service, maintain close relationships with clients, and ensure timely delivery of bank services/products.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in business or commercially-related discipline.
•Minimum 2-4 years of banking experience (e.g., CAPM/Branch Management family).
•Proven banking sales and relationship management experience with ability to cross-sell products.
•Fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English.
•Good data entry skills and basic knowledge of relevant systems.
