Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate feed mill equipment (grinders, mixers, batching/pelleting systems) under general supervision to meet safety, quality, and throughput requirements.
  • •Conduct continuous inspections, monitor and record operating parameters, and make machinery adjustments to meet specifications and production targets.
  • •Comply with regulations, complete required record keeping, and maintain housekeeping and sanitation schedules.
  • •Perform routine equipment maintenance (greasing, inspections, minor troubleshooting) and report mechanical issues.
  • •Receive and move feed ingredients; prepare and manage loadout (opening hatches, attaching hoses, sampling, and ensuring accurate delivery).

Key Requirements
