Provide in-store customer service as a brand ambassador by answering questions about product features, benefits, and availability, and making product recommendations. Maintain visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety standards while replenishing merchandise and supporting efficient store operations. Process accurate cash register transactions including sales, returns, exchanges, and connecting customers to the loyalty program to help drive store profitability.
