Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with installation and repair of rental environmental control systems, including learning end-to-end testing, startup, commissioning, and servicing on assigned projects.
  • •Perform scheduled and unscheduled preventative maintenance, inspections, site surveys, and service requests such as replacement and modifications.
  • •Serve as the direct customer contact by learning to diagnose and repair equipment and systems to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • •Coordinate with supervising field technician/project manager and customer to understand on-site installation/repair requirements by forecasting issues, gathering materials, and synchronizing work.
  • •Maintain safety standards and record use, wear, and conditions of company-issued and procured assets; support overtime/weekend work and occasional overnight stays as required.

Key Requirements

  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations (e.g., DUI, hit-and-run, suspension, reckless/careless driving).
  • •Safety-sensitive role may require additional drug screening.
