Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and execute M&A transactions including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures.
  • •Lead diligence efforts by coordinating with functional teams, external consultants/bankers, and counterparties across multiple transactions.
  • •Develop financial modeling, valuation, and returns analyses for strategic investment and M&A opportunities.
  • •Support negotiations as the company representative to help ensure delivery of final transactions within executive parameters.
  • •Assist in developing recommendations and best-practice improvements for corporate development strategy and the strategic planning process.

Key Requirements

  • •+5 years of financial acumen, including knowledge of financial statements and valuation methodologies (e.g., merger modeling, accretion/dilution, merger accounting, tax, depreciation).
  • •Superior skills in financial modeling and quantitative analysis, with strong Excel and PowerPoint proficiency and attention to detail.
  • •Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills to communicate transaction recommendations and analysis to leadership.
  • •Experience managing business development or project processes through execution lifecycle (+5 years).
  • •Experience in chemicals or broader process industries is preferred.
