Key Responsibilities

  • •Prevent internal and external quality defects by verifying product conformance through visual inspection, dimensional measurement, and performance measurement.
  • •Follow the latest Quality Management System procedures, manuals, and Quality Work Instructions; function within safety guidelines and PPE requirements.
  • •Document and recommend corrective actions, verify product conformance, and validate engineering design to identify root causes of non-conformance.
  • •Verify calibration of instruments (including expiration), detect and report defective materials and unusual conditions, and complete documentation for rejected parts.
  • •Interact with suppliers and purchasing teams to explain defects and improve quality of delivered materials; work with inspection areas to identify and prevent recurrence.

Key Requirements
