Instructor Competency Management Executive

Support the Instructor competency management workstream for a new Airbus–Air India joint venture training center in Gurugram. You’ll manage flight instructor training profiles, maintain instructor folders and competency records in line with Airbus procedures, update competencies in MyTeam, scan and submit documents to the appropriate authority, and monitor relevant emails. You’ll also provide a 12-month sliding training forecast and ensure instructor competency documentation is properly archived and governed by regulatory requirements.
