Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the implementation of process reliability (PR) systems to improve the performance of production equipment, ensuring alignment with operational targets.
  • •Manage and maintain plant-wide preventive maintenance systems, promoting best practices and sharing knowledge with other plants to optimize maintenance programs.
  • •Lead technical improvement initiatives, including automation enhancements, equipment capacity upgrades, and the replacement or installation of new machinery to support operational efficiency.
  • •Develop and execute technical skill enhancement programs for plant inspection and repair teams, facilitating the continuous improvement of technical capabilities and ensuring alignment with safety standards.
  • •Oversee and drive building and facilities upgrades, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and in alignment with safety and regulatory standards.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of maintenance, reliability, or plant engineering experience in large-scale manufacturing or logistics environments
  • •Proven ability to lead cross-site maintenance programs and capital improvement projects
  • •Experience with preventive maintenance systems, safety compliance, and continuous improvement methodologies
  • •Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration across engineering, operations, and procurement
  • •Demonstrated ability to design and deliver technical training for inspection and repair teams
