Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform memory pathfinding and optimize power, performance, and area (PPA) through design technology co-optimization (DTCO) and product design enablement.
  • •Develop memory bit-cell and complex periphery IC layout, including automation.
  • •Create memory array/IP designs, memory circuit innovations, and test-chip designs.
  • •Support pre-Si verification and post-Si validation, including debugging to enable yield improvement and parametric tracking/ramp.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree (or PhD) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical & Computer Engineering, or related field, with 4+ years of professional experience via internships or full-time employment (or a PhD).
  • •Design, characterize, and verify custom memory circuits such as SRAM, Register Files, or ROM.
  • •Make design trade-offs between power, performance, and area (PPA).
  • •Perform custom digital circuit design, simulation, layout design, and verification.
  • •Use EDA tools for custom digital and memory circuit design.
