Key Responsibilities

  • •Own day-to-day bookkeeping and ensure ledger accuracy in Odoo by correctly coding, classifying, and mapping transactions.
  • •Perform monthly balance sheet and bank reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies promptly.
  • •Support month-end and year-end close tasks including journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and supporting schedules.
  • •Analyze financial data to flag anomalies, trends, or control gaps; keep audit documentation audit-ready year-round.
  • •Partner with internal stakeholders and auditors while maintaining and improving Odoo-based accounting workflows and controls.

Key Requirements

  • •2–4 years of experience in accounting, finance operations, or audit (Big 4 or mid-tier audit/assurance a plus).
  • •Hands-on experience with Odoo (or a similar ERP) and a strong understanding of accounting logic behind it.
  • •Solid grounding in accounting principles (IFRS) with practical month-end close experience.
  • •Sharp analytical skills and attention to detail, comfortable digging into numbers until they make sense.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
