Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with generative AI legal functions, evaluating products through a GenAI lens and reviewing synthetic and other data sets.
  • •Support and build relationships with product development teams and advise on legal compliance for products and initiatives.
  • •Coordinate with Adobe Legal subject matter leads including privacy, antitrust, and intellectual property attorneys.
  • •Develop and deliver internal training materials for engineering, program management, and sales-legal groups.
  • •Draft and negotiate technology licensing agreements, including inbound/outbound licenses and partnership agreements.

Key Requirements

  • •J.D. from an accredited law school with necessary bar membership.

  • •Familiarity with privacy and data security issues and compliance, with privacy-by-design preferred.
