Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect complex SAP landscapes and establish SAP Basis technical standards, best practices, and governance.
  • •Provide expert guidance on SAP HANA administration, HA/DR, performance tuning, security, and data volume management.
  • •Lead SAP project planning and execution, including S/4HANA conversions and implementations, OS/DB migrations, release upgrades, and EHP/support pack/stack updates.
  • •Own near-zero downtime cutover strategies for go-lives and coordinate across functional, development (ABAP/Fiori), infrastructure, and client teams.
  • •Lead AMS strategy and delivery, serve as top-tier escalation point for complex Basis/HANA issues, drive automation/performance improvements, and mentor Basis/HANA administrators and support teams.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of SAP Basis experience with at least 5+ years in an Architect or Lead role, including demonstrable presales experience.
  • •Hands-on expertise in SAP Basis, NetWeaver, S/4HANA, SAP HANA, and database administration (including Oracle and MSSQL).
  • •Proven experience leading full-cycle OS/DB migrations, including S/4HANA conversions/migrations and major system upgrades.
  • •Strong working knowledge of running SAP on major hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, or GCP) or in a RISE with SAP context.
  • •Experience leading large, distributed, cross-functional technical teams, with strong written and verbal communication for executive audiences.
