Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical support and troubleshooting for incoming service incidents related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • •Apply diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and implement or recommend solutions.
  • •Identify recurring issues and notify management of patterns.

Key Requirements

  • •Active TS/SCI clearance must currently be possessed and ability to obtain TS/SCI.
  • •8+ years of related network experience, including 3 years of specialized networking experience.
  • •Experience with engineering data center and IP backbone networks in multi-vendor, multiprotocol environments, including networks based on T1, DS3, Fiber/Optical, DSL, Ethernet, and Ethernet over Copper.
  • •Hands-on experience with protocols including BGP and OSPF, plus configurations such as vDC, vPC, VRFs, VLANs/802.1q, QoS, and Cisco ASA Active/Active multiple contexts.
  • •Required certifications: Security+ CE, CCNP or CISSP; and a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a technical discipline.
