Key Responsibilities

  • •Retains and grows Aon’s business by cultivating relationships with senior client decision-makers and day-to-day contacts.
  • •Drives the renewal process and assembles the appropriate team to develop and implement renewal strategies.
  • •Coordinates with Brokers in the development and delivery of renewal strategies and facilitates relationships between clients, ARS and insurers.
  • •Leads stewardship planning and delivery and ensures overall account profitability with a value-based approach.
  • •Educates clients on risk management, market issues, benchmarking, and GRIP data while coordinating resources to support client needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Must have a minimum of 10 years of Property & Casualty (P&C) experience.
  • •Experience managing large, sophisticated accounts with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • •Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
  • •Strong critical thinking skills and ability to articulate concepts at multiple levels.
  • •Active Property & Casualty license; Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent industry experience.
