Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and build “Day 1” agentic workflows and blueprints with strategic customers.
  • •Act as the technical builder in 90-day Value Acceleration programs to get 1–2 primary use cases live in production.
  • •Troubleshoot bugs and unblock implementation hurdles to reduce time-to-first-value (TTFV).
  • •Facilitate working sessions that bridge customer business needs and technical feasibility.
  • •Document design decisions and feed build patterns into a use case library and product roadmap.
