Job Summary

Lead the Real Life Support (RLS) service that enables assured, scalable real-life support during British Army collective training. Oversee planning, design, and implementation of tailored RLS solutions across the programme, coordinating stakeholders and contractors to deliver transportation and movement (including Dangerous Air Cargo), accommodation, catering, and compliant healthcare and medical support. Manage governance, risk, and compliance, supervise the Med Plan, and deputise for the Facilitation & Administration lead as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the RLS service and team.
•Oversee planning, development, and implementation of tailored exercise RLS solutions for collective training events.
•Ensure processes for collective training design and delivery are in place and updated to reflect changes in the Force Preparation Schedule.
•Oversee design, integration, and implementation of RLS solutions across the programme, including transportation and movement (including Dangerous Air Cargo), accommodation, catering, and compliant healthcare and medical support.
•Supervise the design and implementation of the Med Plan, including emergency procedures and evacuation; provide liaison with relevant F&A, logistic support, and security support providers.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience designing collective training exercise RLS support solutions for British Army training.
•Strong experience designing and delivering critical RLS logistical and medical support solutions.
•Experience planning, coordinating, and executing delivery of contracted RLS solutions to exercises.
•Experience with programme governance, risk management, and benefits realisation.
•Security cleared or ability to obtain (SC or above).
