Identify, mitigate, and help eliminate fraud and credit losses by investigating potentially high-risk or suspicious merchant processing activity. Make real-time decisions that determine when deeper investigations are needed and stay alert to emerging fraud trends. Coordinate remediation efforts with internal teams and communicate high-risk findings and recommended actions to partners. Review merchant accounts, assess exposure, negotiate collateral and restructuring terms, and resolve inquiries through scheduled calls.
