Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up processes, services, and tools around cloud environments.
  • •Execute cloud migration plans and assess enterprise workloads for cloud readiness.
  • •Select appropriate AWS services based on data, compute, database, and security requirements.
  • •Estimate costs and identify cost-control mechanisms.
  • •Ensure compliance with federal security requirements (FISMA, FedRAMP) and remediate security weaknesses.

Key Requirements

  • •Design cloud infrastructure and automation goals for enterprise environments.
  • •Create framework-level Infrastructure-as-Code using Ansible (preferred) or Chef.
  • •Design and implement CI/CD architectures using Jenkins or Bamboo, with Git-based DVCS workflows.
  • •Demonstrate working knowledge of containers and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • •Have hands-on expertise with AWS services including VPC, EC2, S3, IAM, Route 53, and network security components.
