Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute department short- to mid-term plans and annual business plans aligned with division priorities.
  • •Monitor and report KPIs and recommend corrective actions to improve department performance.
  • •Manage performance, career progression, and activities of direct reports, including mentoring, coaching, and feedback.
  • •Oversee immigration and labor records, ensure improvement processes, and maintain employee files and documents relevant to immigration transactions.
  • •Ensure timely processing and renewal of immigration and government-related requirements (e.g., resident permits, driver’s licenses, visas, CID procedures) and communicate government relations policies/processes.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years working experience with 5+ years relevant government affairs / public affairs experience.
  • •In-depth knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and government policies to ensure compliance.
  • •Strong communication and advocacy skills to represent the organization with government agencies and policymakers.
  • •Experience in lobbying, government relations, or public affairs to influence legislative and regulatory outcomes.
  • •ERP knowledge with preferably SAP functional skills (SAP ERP Human Resources).
