Key Responsibilities

  • •Safely operate a ready-mix concrete mixer truck to deliver and unload concrete to customer job sites.
  • •Maintain communication with the dispatcher/plant manager, check delivery tickets for special instructions, and complete required documentation/signatures.
  • •Maintain cleanliness of the truck (including rinsing/drum cleaning) and perform truck/plant cleanliness tasks such as sweeping, shoveling, or yard work.
  • •Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance/repair issues as needed.
  • •Collect money from customers, record transactions, and respond to basic customer questions related to product knowledge and concrete instructions.

Key Requirements

  • •Must possess a valid minimum Class B CDL.
  • •Acquire and maintain a valid DOT medical card and state-issued commercial driver license.
