Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage clients in in-person and phone conversations to identify financial wellness opportunities and provide tailored recommendations.
  • •Open consumer and small business accounts and support products such as deposits, home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
  • •Meet individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals while driving sales and referrals via appointments, leads, walk-ins, and contacts.
  • •Build partnerships with branch teammates and business line partners to acquire new clients and deepen existing relationships.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures; support branch operations including assisting with teller transactions as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years experience building current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources; sales experience is more important than financial services experience.
  • •Understanding of consumer credit concepts including loan to value, debt to income, and credit reports.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques such as tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Experience influencing business partners and leveraging centers of influence (including partners like investment services, mortgage, and business banking).
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products like Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, and web-based browsing).
