Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure regular tax files are submitted on time with accurate figures and payment for Al Futtaim Group companies under FSSC Egypt scope.
  • •Build monthly tax provisions, regularly review and assess them, and adjust as needed.
  • •Prepare and calculate Property Tax, update group tax for major local regulation changes, and prepare required tax forms (VAT, Salary Tax, Social Insurance, Withholding Tax).
  • •Review invoices to ensure WHT % deduction is correct and prepare analysis for different tax inspections.
  • •Coordinate with auditors, review statutory financial statements for tax compliance, and manage e-invoicing portals.

Key Requirements

  • •Excellent skills in MS Excel with strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Ability to build and maintain different tax provisions on a monthly basis as required.
  • •SAP knowledge, specifically the FICO module (payments).
  • •Coordinate with internal and external auditors to meet their requirements and provide needed analysis.
