  • •Design enhancements, updates, and programming changes for end-user application software across local, networked, and internet-based platforms.
  • •Analyze designs to determine coding, programming, and integration activities based on overall architecture and objectives.
  • •Investigate and resolve technical issues reported by users or identified during testing and usage.
  • •Write and execute complete testing plans, protocols, and documentation for assigned application portions.
  • •Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, and development partners to implement new features and lead delivery for assigned application subsystems.

Key Requirements

  • •4-year or graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or commensurate work experience.
  • •Typically 4–7 years of work experience in applications engineering, programming, or a related field (or an advanced degree with 3–5 years).
  • •Ability to design and determine coding, programming, and integration activities based on product or solution architecture.
  • •Experience investigating and resolving technical issues found during testing, usage, or reported by users.
  • •Ability to write and execute testing plans, protocols, and documentation for assigned application portions.
