Join the Rates Trading team to support market making across USD interest rate derivatives, including swaps and options. •Execute USD interest rate derivative trades (swaps, swaptions, caps/floors) and manage client order flow and trade queries.
•Analyze global rates markets, macroeconomic trends, and relevant data to support market-making activity.
•Develop risk mitigation strategies aligned with client portfolios.
•Partner with Sales, relationship bankers, treasury consultants, and credit managers to address client needs.
•Coordinate with sales, middle office, and back-office teams to ensure seamless execution and support desk operations.
