  • •Own and evolve the developer platform, including CI/CD (safe, progressive delivery), infrastructure-as-code, and build systems across a large multi-service codebase.
  • •Build application-platform primitives: frameworks, abstractions, and paved paths that help product engineers ship quickly and with high quality.
  • •Create tooling for production-like development environments, including sandboxes, preview environments, and fast feedback loops for engineers and AI agents.
  • •Improve developer-facing observability and on-call health to provide better signal, fewer pages, and faster diagnosis.
  • •Advance AI-assisted, agent-driven development by building effective and safe development primitives and partnering with security to secure infrastructure and workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of software engineering experience, including owning a developer or application platform (or core infrastructure) at meaningful scale.
  • •Deep hands-on experience with AWS, infrastructure-as-code (Terraform or similar), containers, and CI/CD.
  • •Experience building platforms other engineers rely on, with a focus on reliability and day-to-day developer experience.
  • •Ability to take open-ended, ambiguous problems and define them yourself while driving multi-quarter initiatives to completion with minimal oversight.
  • •Interest in AI-assisted and agent-driven development and defining how it works in a real engineering organization.
