Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform highly complex field surveying and construction layout activities to ensure accuracy and adherence to specifications.
  • •Verify engineering computations and inspect construction work; conduct field testing to maintain quality and compliance standards.
  • •Coordinate, oversee, and provide guidance to junior inspectors to ensure consistent execution of inspection activities.
  • •Establish and manage project timelines and track/report quality assurance progress, identifying and addressing deficiencies.
  • •Maintain accurate inspection records and support punch list development, system testing, commissioning, and project closeout turnover documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma plus 4 years of experience (or demonstrated equivalency through experience and/or education).
  • •U.S. Citizenship is required due to the nature of the work.
  • •Valid U.S. Driver’s License required to visit project sites and other offices; must pass a Motor Vehicle Records review.
  • •Four (4) years of CEI experience in roadway or bridge construction (preferred).
  • •Maintain quality compliance by performing field inspections, verifying engineering computations, and conducting field testing (core capability).
