Key Responsibilities

•Plan and own the events calendar: decide which conferences to attend, whether to booth, speak, or host side events, and manage end-to-end logistics (venues, vendors, assets, speaker coordination, registrations)
•Grow and nurture the community of data practitioners across Slack, LinkedIn, events, and the dbt ecosystem; turn lurkers into advocates and build genuine relationships
•Turn what happens in events and product conversations into blog posts, write-ups, and social content; oversee production across the marketing calendar
•Assist with content, social, or campaigns as part of a startup team, contributing across the marketing mix
•Collaborate closely with the Marketing Lead and cross-functional teams, using AI tools to move faster and do more with less

•1+ years of experience running events or community programmes, in-house or agency
•B2B tech is a bonus
