Part Time Universal Banker- 20 Hours- Keyser

Deliver timely, accurate client transactions and provide a consistently positive banking experience while uncovering customer needs. Educate clients on digital self-service options like ATMs, Online and Mobile Banking. Support sales and service activities through outbound calling and referrals, and help with integrated relationship management. Serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, following internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies.
