Job Summary

Drive sales intelligence and performance visibility by analyzing SaaS sales KPIs, pipeline health, and rep productivity. Build and maintain sales performance dashboards in DOMO, translating complex data into clear, executive-ready visual insights. Own KPI definitions and forecast/pipeline analytics, identify deal slippage and bottlenecks, and streamline reporting through automated DOMO data feeds, alerts, and workflows while supporting RevOps and Sales Leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and execute reporting for core SaaS sales KPIs, partnering with Sales Leadership and Revenue Operations to troubleshoot data discrepancies.
•Design, develop, and maintain sales performance dashboards in DOMO and perform ad-hoc analyses to support Sales Leadership and RevOps.
•Serve as the go-to analyst for pipeline and forecast analytics, tracking stage progression and surfacing insights to optimize resources and coaching.
•Develop and maintain KPI definitions and measurement frameworks aligned to SaaS best practices.
•Build and maintain automated data feeds, alerts, and notification workflows in DOMO to streamline recurring reporting and improve data freshness.

Salary: USD 80,000 - 100,000
