Job Summary

Provide best-in-class customer experiences by leading needs-based conversations with new and existing customers and matching them to appropriate financial solutions. Drive proactive sales through outbound calling, teller interactions, and appointment setting to acquire customers and grow the branch. Develop deep product knowledge, partner across banking lines for referrals, uncover lending needs, resolve customer issues, and handle assigned branch operational duties while following BSA/AML and other compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Create customer loyalty through needs-based conversations to deliver a differentiated customer experience.
•Develop and maintain knowledge of bank products and services, including other lines of business.
•Drive proactive sales conversations via outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, and appointment setting.
•Acquire new customers through prospecting while deepening existing relationships and promoting branch growth.
•Uncover lending needs, refer customer needs across lines of business, resolve deposit/credit/customer issues, and perform assigned branch operational duties while managing risk and ensuring BSA/AML compliance.

Key Requirements

•Possess or be able to obtain an NMLS registration.
•High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s degree preferred).
•Minimum 2 years experience in banking or financial services and developing customer relationships, achieving sales/production goals, and building referral sources (preferred).
•Minimum 1 year previous lending experience required.
•Excellent customer service and communication skills, with sound business judgment and proficient computer skills.
