Job Summary

Field Service Engineer (EU) to deploy, integrate, and sustain DroneShield’s counter-drone systems across Europe. You’ll install multi-product C-UAS solutions, diagnose issues, perform software upgrades, train operators, capture field feedback, and coordinate with EU Operations, Sales, and Engineering teams while supporting customers in high-stakes environments.

Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with the EU Sales and Delivery teams to provide technical support during customer engagements, system architecture reviews, and solution scoping.
•Plan, manage, and execute the installation and integration of multi-product C-UAS systems in the field.
•Serve as the primary technical interface for customers, handling system diagnostics, troubleshooting, software upgrades, and maintenance.
•Perform validation testing of new hardware and software releases, reporting feedback to Engineering.
•Deliver operator and maintainer training for end-users.

Key Requirements

•Engineering or related quantitative university degree is highly regarded
•Experience in a Field Service Engineering role with direct customer-facing technical support and project management with engineering teams
•Experience in networking devices (essential)
•Proficient with Linux operating system (essential)
•Experience in testing of complex systems
