•Oversee the fulfillment center’s day-to-day activities, meeting productivity requirements and business objectives.
•Ensure safety programs are followed and maintain OSHA compliance for a safe workplace.
•Identify and execute process improvement initiatives using Lean tools, Kaizen, and Six Sigma to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
•Review weekly forecasts and KPIs to ensure daily production targets are met while collaborating with other Area Managers to optimize shifts.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 78,535 - 87,564 annually

Key Requirements

•2+ years of leadership experience in a warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment environment.
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, General Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
•Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
•Established track record of ownership, accountability, and driving results.
•Experience managing a team of 20+ hourly employees.
