Key Responsibilities

  • •Respond to customer support requests and downtime alerts via tickets and phone within SLA targets.
  • •Handle L2 incidents raised by customers or created via automation/monitoring and troubleshoot time-critical outages.
  • •Perform environment and OS changes for supported Azure/AWS services.
  • •Maintain stability of Azure cloud environments and support rapid customer changes using native and 3rd-party tools.
  • •Own issue resolution through collaboration, escalation, and continuous improvement while tracking KPIs.

Key Requirements

  • •Maintain stability of Azure cloud environments and resolve L2 incidents within response-time SLAs.
  • •Working knowledge of Azure products and services, including scaling, load balancing, CDNs, and networking.
  • •Intermediate experience supporting and troubleshooting stability/performance on Windows or Linux operating systems.
  • •Good hands-on working knowledge of Azure IaaS (Compute, Networking, Storage).
  • •At least one Azure industry standard certification (Associate, Professional, or Specialty) and strong written/verbal communication skills.
