Key Responsibilities

  • •Retain and grow Aon’s business by cultivating relationships with senior client decision-makers and day-to-day contacts.
  • •Drive the renewal process by assembling the appropriate team to develop and implement client-specific renewal strategy.
  • •Coordinate with brokers on renewal strategy development and delivery, including relationships between clients, ARS, and insurers.
  • •Lead stewardship planning and deliver value-based account profitability for client services and associated costs.
  • •Manage invoicing and receivables input and follow-up to ensure timely collections.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 85,000 - 100,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years of appropriate risk insurance experience with account management experience.
  • •Ability to retain and grow a book of business through client service, pricing, consultation, and reporting.
  • •Strong organizational, interpersonal, and project management skills to multi-task and prioritize with attention to detail.
  • •Critical thinking and ability to clearly express thoughts and concepts at various levels.
  • •Excellent digital literacy using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) plus an active Property & Casualty license.
