Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee data integrity of member enrollment records and remittance files transmitted from the state.
  • •Provide timely support for the eligibility load process and coordinate with departments to resolve issues.
  • •Research and correct errors in membership and primary care physician data output.
  • •Enter daily eligibility data (new enrollees, changes, and cancellations) and resolve member/subscriber problems and disputes.
  • •Generate internal reports and analysis and complete queue volumes within specified turnaround-time and quality standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to work scheduled shifts Sunday–Saturday 7am–8pm EST (40 hours/5 days).
  • •Ability to work in a team environment.
  • •Good logical thinking and problem-research ability to correct enrollment and member data issues.
  • •Good English comprehension and written skills with exposure to MS Office.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact with clients.
