Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently and accurately process and check a range of banking and investment-related activities timely across multiple regions.
  • •Acquire and update knowledge of procedures for processes supported across multiple regions.
  • •Ensure process requirements are met and followed in accordance with established procedures, standards, and process manuals.
  • •Proactively identify service issues and escalate them in a timely manner.
  • •Apply judgment to resolve customer requests efficiently, conduct research to resolve discrepancies, and support enquiries, feedback, reporting, and ad hoc projects while complying with policies, internal controls, and operational risk requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 2-3 years of Investment Operations or similar experience in Investment Banking or Private Banking operations.
  • •Working knowledge of Asset Servicing (Corporate Actions/Income processing) and/or other Securities Operations functions such as Settlements.
  • •Knowledge or experience with Money Market trade operations, Derivatives, Funds Processing, and/or Cash management & Payments is an advantage.
  • •Good judgment and decision-making skills.
  • •Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
