Job Summary

Lead and oversee complex application development, integration, data engineering, and testing initiatives, setting and encoding software product engineering best practices into AI coding agents at scale. Design AI-assisted workflows for end-to-end production-ready output, select AI tools and platforms, and drive adoption with quality and effectiveness metrics. Own enterprise testing and integration architectures, including automated testing, chaos engineering, performance/load testing, observability, security architecture, and CI/CD pipelines.

•Design software, integration, data, and testing architectures and deliver high-complexity work across the stack.
•Own and continuously improve AI coding agent configurations, prompt libraries, and automated review standards.
•Design and drive AI-assisted workflows that help developers deliver production-ready output across the entire stack, selecting AI tools and platforms.
•Establish enterprise testing and integration strategies, including automated testing frameworks integrated with version control, DevOps, and CI/CD, plus chaos engineering and performance/load testing.
•Define and enforce engineering best practices, security architecture, monitoring/alerting/observability strategy, and quality metrics/reporting frameworks for stakeholders.

•Expert in AI-assisted SDLC, including AI agent architecture and prompt engineering, plus automated testing practices (including chaos engineering).
•Advanced skills across integration/data engineering and enterprise DevOps/CI/CD, with security and monitoring/alerting capabilities.
