Job Summary

Lead process design for sulfur recovery technology and related projects, including sour water stripping, tail gas treating, thermal treatment, and incineration. Serve as process lead on project teams, managing process deliverables and technical accuracy. Develop PFDs, P&IDs, mass and energy balances, equipment lists/specifications, and supporting calculations. Participate in safety reviews (HAZID/HAZOP/SIL/What-If), lead client discussions, guide other disciplines, and ensure adherence to Wood quality and safety standards.

•Act as process lead and manage process engineers to ensure completion, technical accuracy, and quality of process deliverables.

•Participate in and lead technical discussions with clients in meetings and site visits.
•Provide guidance to other disciplines, optimize process systems for cost reduction, evaluate field installations, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemical engineering.

•Authorization to work lawfully in the US without sponsorship from Wood is required.
