Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, develop, and motivate a team of Brand Advocates to deliver best-in-class customer experience.
  • •Support the store team in achieving and exceeding sales goals by monitoring KPIs and individual goals.
  • •Coach the team to exceed productivity goals and model exceptional customer service and selling behaviors.
  • •Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, floor coverage, and task delegation.
  • •Partner with the Store Manager on profitability tasks (expenses, shrink control) and in their absence assume full store responsibility.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 37.5 hourly

  • •2+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • •Ability to drive results through store teams and exceed sales and profit goals.
  • •Experience coaching, motivating, and building high-performing, diverse teams.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence across levels.
  • •High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
