Lead the technical vision for Salesforce’s most strategic global accounts as Field CTO, bridging high-level AI strategy with enterprise execution. Key Responsibilities

•Architect the Agentic Stack defining interaction between autonomous agents, LLMs, legacy ERPs, and human-in-the-loop workflows while aligning with enterprise architecture and digital transformation roadmaps
•Partner with GM and Product Management to ensure Day 2 operations readiness and serve as escalation point for concurrency, data privacy, and global compliance engineering challenges
•Design the framework for Agentforce to navigate fragmented IT landscapes with focus on AI ethics, data residency, and residency requirements across Supply Chain, FINS, and TMT
•Lead architectural engagements as a strategic advisor to CIO/CTO/Enterprise Architects at major accounts and translate business strategies into technical enablers
•Lead rapid prototyping of first-of-a-kind capabilities and develop ROI-linked business cases that demonstrate tangible value

Key Requirements

•15+ years of deep technical experience in a software vendor or enterprise architecture discipline with a track record as CTO, VP of Engineering, or Distinguished Architect
•Founder mentality with experience building a product from zero to scale in a fast-paced environment
•Strong systems thinking and integration experience, including ERP integrations, workflow engines, and distributed systems
•Expert-level understanding of AI and agentic reasoning, including RAG and LLMs
•Exceptional executive communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders across a matrix organization
