Job Summary

Lead and deliver complex MEP mechanical projects in Saudi Arabia, overseeing planning, design, and execution of HVAC, plumbing and fire protection systems. Provide technical leadership, coordinate with clients and designers, manage budgets and schedules, conduct site inspections, and mentor junior engineers to ensure compliant, on-time project delivery and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the planning, design, and execution of mechanical projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications, codes, and standards.
•Provide technical expertise in mechanical system design, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems, focusing on energy efficiency and sustainability.
•Collaborate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop comprehensive mechanical design solutions.
•Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
•Conduct site visits and inspections to assess progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; professional MMUP Engineer Registration (UPDA) is required
•Minimum 8 years of working experience with at least 5 years in relevant mechanical/MEP projects; GCC experience is a plus
•Proficiency in HVAC design, plumbing layouts, and fire protection systems; strong understanding of codes, standards, and energy efficiency
•ERP knowledge with SAP functional skills preferred
•Strong project management and communication skills; ability to mentor junior engineers and coordinate with clients, architects, and subcontractors
