Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead tasks across design, procurement, and construction including furniture installation and coordination with client I.T.
  • •Set and manage preliminary budgets and schedules during feasibility; run meetings, transcribe minutes, and drive action items to closure.
  • •Ensure compliance with client document controls and file specifications; coordinate stakeholders, consultants, client direct vendors, and contractors.
  • •Manage procurement: recommend and appoint consultants/contractors, support quotations and order placement, and elicit/review deliverables from appointed parties.
  • •Oversee contracts and Master Service Agreements, change order management, weekly/biweekly site visits, punch-list resolution, commissioning participation, and project closeout documentation including lessons learned.
