Key Responsibilities

  • •End-to-end advisory and implementation: support customers from analysis and architecture through implementation to transition and operation.
  • •Lead workshops, create concepts and decision papers; enable Know‑how transfer and guidelines.
  • •Contribute to risk/security assessments, audits, and policy/process design; may lead small teams or workstreams.
  • •Apply expertise to at least one of the focal areas (Workplace Security, Identity & Access, IGA, Information Protection & DLP, Cloud Security).
  • •Stay informed on AI and cybersecurity risks and opportunities with focus on Microsoft security projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in Microsoft Security projects (consultant to senior/architect) with 2-7+ years preferred.
  • •Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, ADFS/Entra ID Connect/MIM, PKI/ADCS.
  • •Proficient in protocols LDAP, Kerberos, NTLM, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML.
  • •Experience in End-to-End security advisory including analysis, architecture, implementation, transition and operations; ability to lead small teams/workstreams.
  • •Nice-to-have certifications: AZ-/SC-/MS-Tracks, CCSP, CISSP, CSSLP.
