Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on demand forecasts and customer orders.
•Review material availability and coordinate with procurement to resolve shortages.
•Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to address delays, capacity constraints, or priority changes.
•Analyze demand, inventory levels, and lead times to optimize production planning.
•Coordinate with manufacturing teams to ensure adherence to schedules and capacity limits.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
•2–5+ years of experience in production planning, supply planning, or manufacturing operations.
•Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP).
•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
•Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
