Backend Engineer Graduate (ByteRec Recommendation Infrastructure) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

Design and build backend systems for multi-modal content understanding and recommendation infrastructure, covering massive processing, retrieval, RAG, and sorting. Work on service construction and iteration to address availability, throughput, and storage bottlenecks, and optimize multi-modal vector computing components for stability, performance, and scalability. Collaborate closely with algorithm teams to advance video representation models and large-scale vector retrieval, and help improve platform-wide integration.
