Key Requirements

  • •Ph.D. in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related STEM field.
  • •2+ years of Semiconductor Industry experience in semiconductor processing, semiconductor fabrication, or nanotechnology.
  • •2+ years of experience in Design of Experiments (DOE) and/or Statistical Process Control (SPC) and computational data skills.
  • •Preferred: semiconductor processing/device fabrication and/or nanotechnology experience.
  • •Preferred: electrical characterization of transistors (or other semiconductor devices) and experience leading projects/cross-functional teams.
