Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and drive execution of a key Money Flows product area from the why/what to the how.
  • •Balance feature development, technical debt, and experimentation against the long-term product vision.
  • •Translate regulatory changes or rulebooks into money flows and define product requirements from client feedback.
  • •Own the product backlog and success metrics, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery through the full development cycle with engineering as a key stakeholder.
  • •Communicate feature updates, product decisions, and trade-offs; proactively resolve stakeholder queries and mentor/onboard junior members.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience (3-5 years) at Accenture or Big4 delivering financial services or payments transformation projects.
  • •At least 2 years in fintech or banking working in the payment chain.

  • •Ability to translate regulatory changes or rulebooks into money flows and define clear requirements.
  • •Comfort with product architecture, technology stack, and technical constraints impacting product development.
