Key Responsibilities

  • •Structure and negotiate CM/ODM commercial agreements including MSAs, SOWs, pricing and NRE models, plus liability and flexibility terms.
  • •Design and govern the SLA/SLO framework and vendor scorecard cadence through weekly operating reviews and QBRs.
  • •Share demand forecasts and convert them into committed capacity build plans aligned to deployment schedules.
  • •Schedule builds against deployment need dates, ensure committed volumes and on-time output, and drive recovery plans when behind.
  • •Verify partner billing against contracted rates, output, and approved NRE, and escalate performance issues with corrective actions through closure.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in supply management, supply chain, or manufacturing operations with direct ownership of a contract manufacturer or ODM relationship.
  • •Owned a CM/ODM relationship through both commercial negotiation and a production ramp, delivering outcomes across both phases.
  • •Structured and negotiated manufacturing agreements including SOWs, pricing models, SLAs, and inventory liability terms.
  • •Owned build plans, forecast commitments, and on-time delivery for products manufactured at partner sites.
  • •A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
